Commercial Cleaning Services

Post-Construction Cleanup

Get your project move-in ready on schedule. Rough clean, final clean, and touch-up services.

The last thing a general contractor needs at the end of a build is a cleaning crew that delays the punch list. Mountain Cleaning Services provides reliable, thorough post-construction cleanup for commercial and residential projects across the Louisville metro area. We show up on time, clean to the standard your client expects, and get out of the way so you can close the project.

Three-Phase Cleaning Process

Phase 1: Rough Clean

Performed during or immediately after the construction phase, before finish work begins. This phase removes the bulk of construction debris so trades can work in a clean environment:

  • Removal of large debris, scrap materials, and packaging
  • Sweeping and shop-vacuuming all floors
  • Wiping down framing, ductwork, and rough surfaces
  • Window frame and sill cleaning (pre-finish)
  • General dust control throughout the site

Phase 2: Final Clean

The comprehensive clean performed after all construction and finish work is complete. This is the most labor-intensive phase and brings the space to move-in condition:

  • All interior surfaces wiped, dusted, and polished
  • Window cleaning (interior and exterior, including label and sticker removal)
  • Light fixture and hardware cleaning
  • Restroom deep clean and fixture polishing
  • Hard floor cleaning, sealing, or waxing as appropriate
  • Carpet vacuuming and spot treatment
  • Cabinet interior and exterior wipe-down
  • Appliance cleaning (interior and exterior)
  • HVAC vent and register dusting
  • Paint overspray and adhesive removal
  • Final debris removal and disposal

Phase 3: Touch-Up Clean

A targeted pass performed after the punch list walkthrough, addressing any items flagged during the final inspection:

  • Spot cleaning identified during walkthrough
  • Re-cleaning areas affected by last-minute touch-up work
  • Final dust wipe of all surfaces
  • Floor re-cleaning after final trades access
